Azamara Journey®, Azamara Quest®, and Azamara Pursuit℠
The ships are on the smaller side, each carrying a maximum of 690 guests. The Journey and Quest ships were refurbished in 2016, and went through dry dock in 2018. The Pursuit was refurbished and joined the fleet in 2018.
All the ships are built with 132 cabins and suites for 264 passengers and 140 crew members.
Azamara Pursuit℠ joined the sister ships in 2018, greatly enhancing the capacity to provide guests with authentic travel experiences from our new boutique hotel at sea. Azamara Pursuit℠ will be cruising to 73 destinations, including 19 new locations we've been hungry to explore. With the addition of Pursuit, Azamara will be traveling to all seven continents, so you can explore further like never before.

Azamara Onward®
On March 19, 2021, Azamara – is officially an independent cruise company! To celebrate this new beginning the bright future under the new ownership of an affiliate of Sycamore Partners, the new company revealed the name of the fourth member of our fleet. The name of the ship is Azamara Onward℠, meaning moving forward in space or time. It evokes feelings of resiliency, positivity, and the endless possibilities of the future. Azamara Onward℠ is a unique name that marks the next chapter of our growth and our continued commitment to Destination Immersion®.
The fourth ship will arrive in 2022 with a full renovation to reflect the signature boutique hotel at sea experience that you already know and love. We can’t wait to share these details with you very soon.

Unique to Azamara, AzAmazing Evenings℠ are exclusive, bespoke evenings events designed to give guests an authentic taste of local culture and entertainment.
Incredible Experiences Have Included:
- A night at the ballet in St. Petersburg
- A traditional festival with magic tricks, dancing, and elephants in Myanmar
- A concert by the Royal Gibraltar Regiment Band inside St. Michael's Cave on the Rock of Gibraltar (a dramatic cavern filled with stalactites and stalagmites). An orchestra of twelve (including violin, viola, cello, and harp) proffers its haunting sounds into the acoustic shell of this great archeological wonder
- A live Italian opera performed by three tenors at the lovely 19th-century Goldoni Theater in Livorno
White Night Party
The White Night Party is a signature celebration on every Azamara voyage. It's a scene not to be missed. Watch as the pool deck and jogging track transform into an al fresco dining venue, and guests fill in while dressed in their finest white attire. Sit down to an outdoor dinner, served by our captains, crew, and staff. Then, party long into the evening with live music and other local entertainment specially selected for the evening.
